• Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method:

  • Local deliveries (Ontario): 1–3 business days.

  • Within Canada: 3–7 business days.

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

• Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated on our website.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

6. Delays & Exceptions

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pharaohontario.com.

• We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
